Starting Position

  • Standing in athletic base position on one foot


  • Hop over and back 4 inches laterally over an imaginary line as fast as possible

  • Maintain athletic base position
  • Keep toes pulled up to shins
  • Maintain torso over base of support
  • Feet should „pop“ and NOT „scuff“
